O Santuário de Nossa Senhora do Sameiro (ou Santuário do Sameiro) é um santuário mariano localizado em Braga, nos arredores da cidade de Braga, Portugal.
O Santuário de Nossa Senhora do Sameiro é um dos lugares mais visitados de culto mariano em Portugal, atraindo muitos devotos todos os anos durante as peregrinações de primeiro domingo de junho e no último domingo de agosto.
Sua construção foi iniciada no século XIX, pelo Padre Martinho da Silva, em estilo neoclássico. Artisticamente não tem muito interesse, exceto o sacrário de prata que podemos ver no altar-mor e a imagem da padroeira, realizada em Roma pelo escultor Eugénio Maccagnani e levado para o santuário em 1880.
Mas sua visita é justificada pelo fato de que temos aqui um dos mais fantásticos panoramas, pois o Santuário de Nossa Senhora do Sameiro tem 566 metros de altura.
